As a foster carer, you can make an immense difference in the life of a child at a time when they need it the most. It requires patience, flexibility and passion – but the rewards for yourself and the child are beyond measure.
New South Wales currently has thousands of children and young people in need of a loving home through the out-of-home care system. While many caring individuals and families are already welcoming foster children into their lives, there’s an urgent need for more carers. In regional areas, that need is even more pressing.
We urgently require dedicated people to offer care and stability to children living in crisis accommodation.
