Preparing For Work Programs

Becoming independent and finding a place in the world is an important rite of passage for every young person. Challenge Community Services has several options for young people looking to transition from school to the workplace including a dedicated School Leavers Employment Support (SLES) program. If you aren’t sure whether your NDIS package includes SLES or you’d like more information, you can visit the NDIS website

Connexions is a disability program focused on people aged 18-35 focused not only on learning important job skills, but also preparing for independent living.
