Our locations are spread across the North West and Upper Hunter including Tamworth, Narrabri and Muswellbrook, and we’re proud to be involved in supporting our local communities. We’re passionate about supporting individual employment journeys, building strong local businesses and providing high quality professional services and products.

Preparing For Work Programs

Becoming independent and finding a place in the world is an important rite of passage for every young person. Challenge Community Services has several options for young people looking to transition from school to the workplace including a dedicated School Leavers Employment Support (SLES) program. If you aren’t sure whether your NDIS package includes SLES or you’d like more information, you can visit the NDIS website

Connexions is a disability program focused on people aged 18-35 focused not only on learning important job skills, but also preparing for independent living. If it’s been a while since you left school, or you’re after more than just a job, our Connexions program could be the perfect place for you to find your feet and start living more independently.
