Having been with Challenge for over 4 years, Donna has been able to develop the relationships and skills needed to ensure that her teams are running smoothly, and having that first hand understanding of what support they need to do their jobs. Every region, site and client are different, which means Operations Managers need to check in on their teams frequently to get a feel for how things are going and be fully involved. There can be a lot of paperwork at times, but providing in person support and mentoring the teams on the front line and watching how their clients are progressing with their goals is the most important part of the job – Donna does all of these exceptionally well.
