These villas are located in the heart of town, close to local shops, health care and public transport access. They’ve been designed to provide those who need it with a comfortable, accessible home that provides both the space required to be independent and supports close by when required.

About the Area
Located in the New England region of NSW, Armidale is 90 minutes from Tamworth and 2 hours from the coast. Boasting a cool, temperate climate and scenic tree-lined streets, Armidale provides the best of country living with good proximity to the coast and major regional centres such as Newcastle and Tamworh. Support and Funding
Challenge provides 24/7 support staff, including overnight sleepover or active support. Our staff are committed to providing the house members with a high level of support to develop and build life skills including personal care, budgeting, shopping, cooking, maintaining the living environment and social skills. All house members are encouraged to be active in the local community.
Applicants must have NDIS funding for Specialist Disability Accommodation. Challenge residential fees include rent, food, utilities, home maintenance, internet access, basic streaming service, communal appliances and communal area furniture.
