Supported Independent Living (SIL) is an NDIS support program where you can live with other people who also require some support, or on your own. Our friendly and qualified team members will be available to help you with everyday tasks like cooking, housework, and personal care. Each group of housemates is carefully selected to ensure a great mix, so you’ll be able to enjoy making new friends and socialising while developing your independence. We are here to support you in achieving your goals and living the life you want. Therefore, each house has slightly different programs to suit the residents and their individual needs.

3-bedroom home which offers a spacious and comfortable layout, perfect for everyday living. The property features a generous open living area, as well as a separate TV room, providing additional space for relaxation or quiet time.
The home is equipped with ducted air conditioning throughout, ensuring year-round comfort, and includes a modern kitchen complete with a dishwasher for added convenience.

To live in this home, you must have NDIS funding for Supported Independent Living. Challenge Community Services residential fees include your rent, food, utilities, home maintenance, internet access, basic Foxtel, communal appliances, and communal area furniture.
