Supported Independent Living (SIL) is an NDIS support program where you can live with other people who also require some support, or on your own. Our friendly and qualified team members will be available to help you with everyday tasks like cooking, housework, and personal care. Each group of housemates is carefully selected to ensure a great mix, so you’ll be able to enjoy making new friends and socialising while developing your independence. We are here to support you in achieving your goals and living the life you want. Therefore, each house has slightly different programs to suit the residents and their individual needs.

Located in a quiet residential street within Oran Park, your beautiful modern home offers an open-plan living and dining area, complete with a cosy carpeted theatre room that’s perfect for movie nights. The available vacancy is ideally suited for you if you’re a female aged between 25 and 35 years, who is semi-independent and enjoys socialising and pampering. You’ll be sharing this lovely home with two other females who have similar interests, making it a perfect environment for camaraderie and mutual support.
Your future housemates are young at heart, warm and engaging. One loves shopping, cooking, and karaoke, bringing a lively and fun atmosphere to the home. The other enjoys listening to music, singing, clothes design, and spending time out and about, ensuring there’s always something exciting to do together. Both girls enjoy their personal space but also enjoy doing house activities as a group.
This home is designed to cater to your support needs with a high level of care and attention. During the day, you’ll benefit from a 1:2 and 1:1 support ratio, ensuring personalised and focused assistance whenever you need it. At night, there is a 1:3 active overnight support to provide peace of mind and immediate help if necessary.

We will encourage you to be active in the local community.
To live in this home, you must have NDIS funding for Supported Independent Living. Challenge residential fees include your rent, food, utilities, home maintenance, internet access, basic Foxtel, communal appliances, and communal area furniture.
