Renae has been apart of our Tuggerah Allied Health team since 2017. Renae is a Registered Psychologist who specialises in Complex Trauma and has significant experience supporting families in the out of home Care system. Renae also has a special interest in men’s health and has been effective in providing individual counselling to men. Renae is passionate about making her clients feel truly understood and empowering them to improve their quality of life. Renae uses a mix of evidence-based interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which resonates with Renae due to its focus on self-compassion, self-awareness, and commitment to personal values. She is currently building her skills in couples therapy and enjoys working with couples.
Renae spends her free time with her husband, two young boys and German Shepherd x Husky. She enjoys cooking and entertaining, the beach, camping, and live music.
