Kyah joined the Challenge Allied Health team in November 2022 as a Social Worker and Behaviour Support Practitioner in Tamworth. Whilst completing her Bachelor of Social Work through University of New England she worked as a Disability Support Worker which has provided the opportunity to have deeper understanding on the particular struggles faced by those we support. Kyah’s current practice involves working within the disability and foster care space utilising person centered and strength-based approach.
Kyah works across the lifespan tailoring services to specific goals and needs to best support the people she works with. She enjoying travelling to provide outreach services to some of our clients in the Quirindi and Narrabri area. Kyah is a country music fan who enjoys camping and dining out.
