Kristy joined the East Maitland team at Challenge Allied Health in July 2026 and is excited to begin her journey helping support individuals and communities to achieve meaningful outcomes. A proud Kamilaroi woman who grew up on Darkinjung Country, she brings a person-centred, culturally respectful approach to her work and is passionate about social justice, equity, and helping create a more inclusive world for everyone. As a lifelong learner, Kristy is currently studying a Bachelor of Social Work at Charles Sturt University.
Outside of work, Kristy is a proud mum to three adult children and Nan to one. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, going for walks, and getting lost in a good book. She believes in the power of connection, and kindness, and is excited to continue growing both personally and professionally as part of the Challenge Allied Health team.
