Everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, deserves equal access to opportunities and services and their safety should be protected.
We are committed to making Challenge inclusive for all LGBTQIA+ communities and have continued to proactively recruit same-sex foster carers for many years.
We are committed to creating a welcoming and accepting workplace, with policies supporting LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and safety for staff to identify pronouns should they choose to, such as on emails.
