Do we offer Medicare rebates?
Yes. Several Challenge Therapeutic Services team members are registered Medicare providers.
Do we provide therapeutic services under the NDIS?
Yes. Challenge Community Services is a registered NDIS provider. We provide therapeutic supports such as individual assessment, therapy and/or training as well as individual and group counselling, and behaviour support.
Do we provide Employment Assistance Programs (EAP)?
Yes. Challenge Therapeutic Services offers EAP services to help maintain wellbeing at work.
Do we offer a mediation services?
Yes. We have a qualified mediator registered with the Attorney General’s Department and an Australian Mediation Association accredited mediator who specialises in family dispute resolution, property, financial and workplace mediation.
Where do our outreach services go?
A member of our Challenge Therapeutic Services team will be in Armidale, Gunnedah, Narrabri, Dubbo, Muswellbrook and Taree every month. We have offices in Tamworth, Maitland, Tuggerah and Sydney.
How do I make a referral?
If you are referring from outside Challenge Community Services, please complete the online referral form.
If you are referring from within Challenge Community Services, please complete the referral form on SharePoint.
We will respond to your referral within 7 working days.
What happens if we are unable to provide the service you need?
We are able to help many of the people who contact us. If Challenge Therapeutic Services does not offer the type of service you need, we will put you in touch with an alternative provider.
