Join our CARE Community of Practice focusing on the “Family Involved” principle within the CARE model.
In every conceivable manner, the family is link to our past, bridge to our future – Alex Haley
This session is a collaborative space to explore the vital role of family and community involvement in fostering safety, belonging, and resilience for children and young people in care. We will be focusing on the CARE principle of Family-Involved – Strengthening Connections with Family, Culture, and Community.
What is a Community of Practice?
A Community of Practice is a shared learning space where individuals with a common interest come together to exchange experiences, explore challenges, and build collective knowledge. It fosters collaboration, reflection, and continuous learning within a supportive environment.
