There's also plenty of activities close by with the house located close to Tuggerah Westfield, beaches and parks.
There is a shared kitchen, laundry, open plan living area, outdoor entertaining area and a fully fenced backyard. Each resident has their own bedroom with a built-in robe which they can personalise with their own belongings.

Hamlyn Terrace is a suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. The suburb was formerly part of Warnervale. The suburb is split between two governmental wards in the Central Coast Council governmental area, the northern part is in the Budgiewoi ward and the rest is in the Wyong ward.
Support and Funding
Challenge provides 24/7 support staff, including overnight sleepover or active support. Our staff are committed to providing the house members with a high level of support to develop and build life skills including personal care, budgeting, shopping, cooking, maintaining the living environment and social skills. All house members are encouraged to be active in the local community.
Applicants must have NDIS funding for Supported Independent Living. Challenge residential fees include rent, food, utilities, home maintenance, internet access, basic Foxtel, communal appliances and communal area furniture.
