About the Home
This home provides comfort, independence, social interaction and peace of mind for family members and carers. We currently have one vacancy available and we encourage young females with lower support needs to apply.
There is a shared kitchen, open plan living area, two bathrooms, laundry and outdoor BBQ area. Each resident has their own bedroom which they can personalise with their own belongings.

About the Area
Armidale is a city in the Northern Tablelands, New South Wales. It is approximately halfway between Sydney and Brisbane at the junction of the New England Highway and Waterfall Way. The Autumn Festival is a popular annual event of April in Armidale. The festival features a street parade, stalls and celebrations throughout the city. It is a regular part of the city's attractions, often promoting Armidale's diverse culture.
Support and Funding
Challenge provides 24/7 support staff, including overnight sleepover or active support. Our staff are committed to providing the house members with a high level of support to develop and build life skills including personal care, budgeting, shopping, cooking, maintaining the living environment and social skills. All house members are encouraged to be active in the local community.
Applicants must have NDIS funding for Supported Independent Living. Challenge residential fees include rent, food, utilities, home maintenance, internet access, basic Foxtel, communal appliances and communal area furniture.
